Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Optometrist to provide care across multiple locations in Arizona. This field-based role extends care to senior populations in SNFs and long-term care facilities, with strong operational support and flexible scheduling.

The provider will perform eye exams, manage common ocular conditions, and deliver patient-centered vision services while avoiding practice overhead and administrative burden.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona optometry license.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.

Location: Arizona (Traveling) Phoenix Metro, Tucson, Globe, Yuma, Flagstaff, Surprise, Lake Havasu, and Kingman

Schedule: 2-6 days per month, Tuesday through Friday availability preferred

Compensation: $1,100 per visit

About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Optometrist (OD) to provide care across multiple locations throughout Arizona.

This is a field-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical care team, delivering essential vision services directly to patients in a consistent, well-supported environment serving senior populations.
