LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist in Chandler, AZ. The role leads in the clinic, delivering high-quality optometric care and partnering with store leadership to drive patient outcomes.

You will perform clinical protocols, support medical practice, referral care and post-operative care where applicable, while mentoring staff and maintaining licensure. This part-time position offers a full benefits package and opportunities for growth within a global eyewear

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure patient-focused care.
• Manage KPI performance with high accountability.
• Position LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Deliver high-quality optometric care and patient service.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on company programs.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education.
