You will drive patient satisfaction, maintain licensure, and leverage technology to deliver outstanding examinations while mentoring team members and promoting the brand promise within the community.

• Execute in partnership with the MOD & store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain Brand leadership as leading optical provider in the community.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and build doctor/patient relationships.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Lead and train team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure office systems and licensure are maintained.
