Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist (OD) for our Las Vegas, NV location. You will deliver high-quality eye care, diagnose and treat visual disorders, and collaborate with the practice team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

As a primary health care provider, you will use your training to examine, diagnose, and manage ocular conditions, while supporting KPI goals and maintaining brand standards in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills - verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to support brand goals.
• Maintain office quality systems and safe work environment.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster growth and commitment.
• Provide training and guidance using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Help position Target Optical as a leading provider in the community.
