Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care within our stores, delivering the brand promise and ensuring patients receive the highest quality optometric services. You will work with the MOD, SMM and team to drive results and growth while upholding standards.

This role requires a Doctor of Optometry and state licensure, with dedication to patient service. You will use advanced technology, educate patients, and provide pre/post-op support where applicable, while

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure in good standing.
• Knowledge of medical optometry, including billing and coding.
• Familiarity with surgical care related to optometry.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to maintain continuing education and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures executional excellence in partnership with store leadership and team.
• Delivers high-quality optometric care and meets KPI targets.
• Establishes doctor/patient relationships and provides patient education.
• Utilizes technology to enhance patient understanding of vision and eye health.
• Participates in pre/post-op surgical support when applicable.
• Maintains licensure and provides guidance to team members.
