Job summary

Target Optical in Lancaster, PA seeks an Associate Optometrist (OD) for a part-time role to deliver high-quality eye and vision care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage conditions of the visual system and collaborate with the store team to maintain exceptional patient experiences.

Licensed optometrists with a degree from an accredited school, and DPA/TPA certification, are encouraged to apply. The position offers a competitive benefits package and flexible scheduling to support work-life

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified; knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices; strong communication skills (verbal & listening).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store team and Field Leadership to support growth.
