Job summary

All About Eyez Optometry in Downey, CA is seeking an experienced Associate Optometrist to join a private practice with nearly 30 years of community service and new ownership since 2017. This role focuses on full-scope optometry, comprehensive eye exams, glaucoma management, and dry eye treatment in a patient-centered, low-pressure environment.

You will work as a W-2 employee, with a stable schedule (1 day per week, 7-12 patients per day) and a production bonus opportunity, plus malpractice

Qualifications

• Active California O.D. license required.
• 2–3 years of clinical optometry experience preferred.
• Proficient in full-scope optometry and patient-centered care.
• Spanish language ability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• See 7–12 patients per day, 1 day per week.
• Provide comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry.
• Manage glaucoma and dry eye conditions.
• Offer specialty contact lenses where appropriate.
• Maintain high-quality patient relationships with thorough care.

Minimum Qualifications:
