Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Target Optical in Glendale, WI is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, greet customers, and help them find the right eyewear at our Target Optical store in Glendale. You will stay informed on products, assist with stock and merchandising, handle customer questions, and participate in occasional opening/closing duties.

Prior sales or customer service experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers.
Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
Problem-solve for customer issues and involve management when needed.
Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele and ensure retention.
Stay informed on current product assortment and act as brand ambassador.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Adhere to rules and code of conduct and participate in meetings.
Maintain shift punctuality and communicate obstacles to management.
Represent the brand and engage with the local communities.
