National Vision's Eyeglass World in Pittsburgh is seeking a part-time Sales Associate - Optical Specialist to deliver stylish eyewear with care. You will assist customers, guide selections, and ensure a polished final fit.

This role requires 1+ year in optical/retail or customer service, high school diploma, and strong communication. You’ll work Sundays off and Saturdays required, joining a team focused on quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required).
• Clear communication and ability to educate customers effectively (Required).
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required).
• Support store team in shared goals (Required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings to support Optometrists.
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks.
