Griswold Home Care for North Dallas, Garland & Rockwall in Rochester, NY is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a part-time, job-share role. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate caregiver schedules, and communicate with clients, families and caregivers to ensure smooth service and accurate scheduling.

This role offers a consistent Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule (~24 hours per week) and partners with the Office Manager on Tuesday and Thursday to maintain client care

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to office email and voicemail; provide general administrative support.
• Communicate scheduling changes and updates to management and care teams.
