Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to safety policies.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff.
• Maintaining store standards, including recovery and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and assisting with merchandise receipt and return.
• Ensuring proper staffing, managing cashiering activities, and managing store displays and seasonal areas.
• Assisting with scheduling, supplies, expense control, and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Refilling coolers and displays daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
