The Role

We are immediately hiring part-time Operations Apprentices and are committed to ensuring that our people have the training, tools, technology, and unwavering support they need to be successful. Advocate Operations Apprentices are a crucial lifeline to keep things running smoothly! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with different teams throughout the company while building a solid foundation for growth.

As an Advocate Operations Apprentice, you can count on a career path with a clear beginning, open direction, and endless possibilities.

Your focus will be on optimizing daily activities and performance, and responsibilities will include:

• Miscellaneous tasks around the office
• Working with a ticketing system to attend to needs of the organization
• Traveling to different job sites to:
  • Capture Photos
  • Drop-off permits and materials
  • Pick up materials that won't be used and make returns
  • Clean up after completion (like running a magnet)
  • Pick up checks from customers

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
• Ability to travel to training events
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Ability to thrive in the outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours when needed
