The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks part-time adjunct faculty for Emergency Medicine at open rank (Adjoint Instructor or Adjunct Senior Instructor). The position supports clinical care and bedside teaching across UCHealth locations, including possible virtual platforms.
The successful candidate will contribute to patient care quality, participate in CME and committee work, and help lead at least one project annually.

The Department of Emergency Medicine at theUniversity of Colorado School of Medicine is currently recruitingemergency medicine physicians in the clinical series. This positionwill work as a part-time clinical faculty at the AdjointInstructor/Adjoint Senior Instructor level in the Department ofEmergency Medicine at any UCHealth site of practice, which mayinclude virtual platforms of care. The successful candidate will bean excellent clinician who collaborates well within teams todeliver the highest quality of emergency care to every patient,every time.
Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located inDenver, CO metropolitan area.

The Department of Emergency Medicine is based at the AnschutzMedical Campus in Aurora Colorado. The campus is a state-of-the-artmedical campus home to the University of Colorado Schools ofMedicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, the Colorado School ofPublic Health; as well as the University of Colorado Hospital andChildren's Hospital Colorado both of which serve as major trainingsites for the Denver Health Residency in Emergency Medicine.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the timeofhire.
This is an open rank position and could be categorized as AdjointInstructor or Adjoint Senior Instructor based on experience andqualifications as indicated below:

The starting salary range ( or hiring range ) for thisposition has been established as HIRING RANGE:
Adjoint Instructor: $180 per hour
Adjoint Senior Instructor: $180 per hour
The above salary range ( or hiring range ) represents theUniversity's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range ofpossible compensation at the time of posting. This position is noteligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
