Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Operations to join the Elwood site team. This role focuses on delivering strong financial governance, reporting, and strategic planning to improve site gross margin.

The position supports manufacturing operations with data-driven analyses and cross‑functional collaboration. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and cost management while partnering with site and corporate teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (must).
• At least 5 years in a financial role or MBA with strong business support/controllership.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly closes per US GAAP and SOX.
• Lead strategic planning, 12-month forecasts, and capital project analyses.
• Drive profitability with what-if analyses of materials, equipment, and staffing.
• Partner with site and corporate leadership to influence decisions.
• Control assets, inventory, and product costing/valuation.
