Responsibilities

• Enter clinical trial data into EDC systems accurately and on time.
• Review source documents and medical records for complete transcription.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Resolve data queries by comparing source docs and coordinating with study staff.
• Communicate with CRCs, investigators, and staff to resolve missing or inconsistent data.
• Correct data discrepancies with proper audit trails in EDC.
• Ensure timely data entry and query resolution to meet milestones.
• Maintain study documentation related to data entry activities.
• Adhere to GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with quality control reviews and sponsor monitoring visits as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant information.
