The GIANT Company is hiring in Mechanicsburg for a Direct Order Selector to accurately pick GIANT Direct orders in-store while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will provide friendly service and ensure order accuracy.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, matching items from online lists, handling multiple orders, substituting items when needed, and assisting customers with pickup. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem solver willing to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read and follow company policies and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from the customer's online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders simultaneously using designated tools.
• Substitute items for customers if requested.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated spots.
• Differentiate produce merchandise varieties.
• Bag or package merchandise and label/store for pickup.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Team focused with willingness to collaborate.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned.
