We seek instructors who are committed to student-centered, inclusive teaching for adult learners and diverse populations. Appointments are per course, reviewed as needs arise, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success and inclusive teaching practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse learners.
• Experience teaching online or willingness to learn and use digital learning technologies.
• Professional experience relevant to course content area.
• Experience teaching or working with adult and non-traditional learners.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in one or more of the following areas: Multidisciplinary Studies, Applied Learning, Leadership Studies, Other approved disciplinary areas (with departmental approval).
• Design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality course content aligned with program outcomes.
• Facilitate meaningful interaction and feedback in online learning environments.
• Foster a supportive, student-centered classroom culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
• Evaluate student learning and maintain accurate records in accordance with university policies.
• Collaborate with DCS staff to ensure course quality and continuous improvement.
