Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Accurately match items from the customer's online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers when requested.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated spots or drive-through.
• Differentiate produce merchandise varieties and terminology.
• Bag or package merchandise and label/store items for pickup.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with company policies and safety practices.
