The GIANT Company is seeking team members to accurately select GIANT Direct orders in-store while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will greet customers, match online orders, and assist with order pickups.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are comfortable with computers, and can work minimum 4-hour shifts. The GIANT Company values teamwork and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem solver who is willing to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn equipment and tools used for this job.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from the customer's online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers if requested.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated spots or drive-through.
• Differentiate produce merchandise types and varieties.
• Bag or package merchandise per policies and label/store items for pickup.
• Follow all company policies including safety and sanitation.
