Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging English lessons to kids students
2. Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment
3. Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback and grading of homework
4. Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field)
5. Possess an accredited, completed 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TEYL certification
6. Have at least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience
7. Be an English first language speaker from the USA or Canada
8. Be computer literate with a clear criminal record
9. Demonstrate engaging and inspiring communication skills
10. Be punctual with precise timekeeping

Technical Requirements

1. PC specifications: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater, 8GB RAM or greater
2. Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life of 4-5 hours (2000VA)
3. Internet connection: Stable fiber connection, minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
4. Accessories: Noise-cancelling headsets, HD webcam, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment

Additional Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Sunday, 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. Extra hours available on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time.
• Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China
• Class Duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one classes)
• Remuneration: Set base rate of 12 USD per hour
