Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant field with substantial comms coursework.
• Experience teaching communications in asynchronous online environments.
• Familiarity with Canvas LMS preferred.
• Student-centered teaching approach.
• Commitment to supporting diverse student success.

Responsibilities

• Implement courses as designed by the University.
• Engage with students via email, announcements, and online discussions.
• Provide timely, high-quality feedback on student work.
• Hold regular virtual office hours.
• Keep department chair apprised of student or course issues.
• Follow University policies and required trainings.
