Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of related experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group coaching to students using the approved coaching framework.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to develop coaching and programming for student success.
• Plans and conducts workshops to provide academic coaching.
• Applies a holistic coaching approach to define success measures and paths.
• Guides student discussions to develop individualized approaches.
