Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN degree preferred.

• Autonomous nursing practice directed by the professional tenets of practitioner, leader/decision maker, scientist and transferor.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide evidence-based care and monitor outcomes.
• Apply the ANA Code of Ethics to advocate for patients and support informed decision-making.
• Actively seek feedback and participate in governance to improve practice.
