Overview of the School Age Services Lead/Director Role

We need you to lead day-to-day operations of school-age programming. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Create a safe and healthy learning environment for children with appropriate materials, space, and supplies.
• Supervise children at all times within sight and sound, adhering to schedules and transitions, and encourage learning through discovery, curiosity, and creativity.
• Provide effective communication to leadership, school partners, families, and enrichment providers.
• Complete paperwork, assessments, and reports as needed.
• Perform additional site-specific duties such as lesson planning or quality compliance activities.
