Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers entering the store and at the register.
• Verify merchandise quantities, descriptions, and prices.
• Handle returns/exchanges and sales of merchandise.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock items.
• Direct customers to items and assist as needed.
• Prepare deposits and manage the cash drawer daily.
