Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Snow Removal Operator to support our winter operations on a part-time, seasonal basis across various sites.

You will work on-call during snow events and report to the Production Manager, performing plowing, spreading salt, and related tasks to maintain safe, accessible properties. Candidates should have at least three years of professional commercial snow removal experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in extreme winter conditions and

Qualifications

• Three years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or designated branch location.
• Ability to work overtime or extended shifts when required by Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal services on paved parking lots, access roads, loading docks, walkways, and other designated areas.
• Operate plow trucks and/or heavy equipment according to qualifications and certifications.
• Spread salt, deicers, and other materials using spreaders and related equipment.
• Assist the snow removal team with loading and unloading materials, tools, and supplies.
• Fuel equipment and perform routine maintenance on assigned machinery.
• Protect company assets from loss, damage, theft, or misuse.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and business ethics standards.
