Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages a comprehensive school health program per MA guidelines.
• Implements state-mandated programs (immunization surveillance, screenings).
• Maintains health records and nursing office activity log.
• Provides medication administration and first aid to ill students; triage as needed.
• Collaborates with parents and students to develop individualized health care plans.
