Job summary

University Care Center in is seeking a part-time, per diem, on-call Housekeeper to maintain public and resident areas, clean rooms and bathrooms, and ensure safety in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include waste disposal, floor care, and assisting with supply management. Strong English communication and the ability to work independently or with a team are required. Previous long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day.
• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and replace liners; sweep and mop floors.
• Use safety measures and keep supplies out of residents' reach.
• Notify supervisors of safety issues or supply needs.
