Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Pearland, TX is hiring a Part-Time Oil Change Team Member. No experience is required; we train you to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, inflate tires, and perform light maintenance.

You can move up fast — many leaders started from the lube tech role. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus paid weekly and the myFlexPay option for early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
