Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Part-Time Oil Change Team Member. No experience is required; we train you to change oil, replace wiper blades, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your car. Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, paid weekly.

As a crew member, you will drain motor oil, change the oil filter, wash the windshield, inspect fluids, and top off reservoirs. You’ll restock inventory and help keep the shop clean while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
