Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Part-Time Oil Change Team Members at Shop#478 in Ocala, FL. We offer paid training to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform light maintenance.

Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions; part-time schedules; paid weekly; free oil changes. Many of our crew members have moved up quickly, with over 90% of Shop Managers starting as lube techs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform light maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep the shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
