Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans established by a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor and report changes in patient status to supervising OT.
• Coordinate communication with hospital long-term care and school staff as needed.
• Involve patients and families in decisions and problem-solving.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
