Salary Range: $40.00 To $45.00 Hourly

Occupational Therapist - St. Louis, MO
Part-Time & Per Diem opportunities available to start - schedule can build to full time! Contract Rate: $40-$45/hour

“I was really drawn to Hope because of the population we work with. I appreciate the focus on helping people stay as independent and safe as possible, especially older adults with intellectual/developmental and physical needs. What keeps me here is the relationships I’ve built with both the residents and my coworkers. I genuinely enjoy the work and feel like what I do makes a difference. I also value the work environment; it feels supportive and close-knit, like a small family, which makes coming to work that much more enjoyable. I’m very comfortable bringing things up to my managers, especially when I know it’ll be received openly. I do best in environments where communication feels easy and not intimidating, so when that’s there, I’m more likely to speak up with ideas or concerns. I also feel really supported while I’m in school, and I appreciate the flexibility management has given me as I continue to grow in my profession and education.” COTA (4 years with Hope)
