Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Champaign, IL, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients in their homes. This part-time, 24-hour-per-week role offers a salary range of $54,000 to $57,000 and a supportive, growth-focused work culture.

The OT will graduate from an approved OT program, be licensed in the state, and ideally have Medicare home health experience. The position emphasizes aiding daily living activities and adapting plans to patient needs under supervision of the Branch

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with approval based on prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home to improve daily living activities and basic motor functions.
• Teach families and health-team members to support ongoing care under the plan of care.
• Provide skilled OT services as directed by physicians and under Branch Director supervision.
