Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to help patients in home settings improve daily living and motor functions. You will deliver skilled care under medical orders and participate in teaching family members and the care team.

The role requires a graduate OT and in-state licensure, with preferred Medicare home health experience. This position is 24 hours per week over four days and includes Enhabit’s comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional VP/Regional Director approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with debilitating conditions improve daily living skills in the home.
• Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach family and health care team members under physician orders and plan of care.
