Responsibilities

• Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
• Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.
