Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient’s/resident’s occupational needs evaluation under physician order.
• Develop a treatment plan in accordance with patient’s needs.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and staff education.
• Provide necessary supervision for COTAs.
• Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings and relay clinical findings.
