You will provide occupational therapy services to residents, assess activities of daily living, and collaborate with assistants and staff to support independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Tennessee.
• Ability to train direct-care staff in OT principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide OT treatments for clients; supervise assistants and volunteers.
• Assess activities of daily living, motor skills, and sensory functions; set goals.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to the care team.
• Design and maintain adaptive equipment; participate in staff meetings.
