Job summary

Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in St. Cloud, FL. This is a part-time opportunity to help patients improve independence and quality of life.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, provide skilled OT services, supervise assistants, collaborate with care teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, and Relias CEUs support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility if graduating soon).
• Current or eligible Missouri OT license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
