Job summary

Functional Pathways is hiring an Occupational Therapist at Philadelphia Protestant Home in Philadelphia, PA. This part-time opportunity is designed for professionals who blend clinical expertise with compassionate resident care.

As an OT on our therapy team, you will screen, evaluate, and revise plans of care under physician supervision, ensuring timely discharge planning and quality outcomes for our residents.

Qualifications

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and revisions in care plans under physician supervision.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; varies by location

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate residents to determine therapy needs.
• Develop, modify, and implement plans of care in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide Occupational Therapy services and discharge planning as part of the therapy team.
