Job summary

The Department of Environmental and Occupational Health (EOH) and Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (COEH) in Joe C. Wen School of Population and Public Health at UC Irvine seeks an occupational medicine physician with strong clinical interests to join our faculty as contract staff physician.

This role provides clinical care at the COEH Irvine Occupational and Environmental Medicine Clinic and, if interested, opportunities to train residents in the OEM Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Eligible to hold UC Irvine Physician and Surgeon Medical Group membership.
• Eligible for UCI Medical Staff privileges.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
• Ability to delegate and empower staff and build strong employee morale.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care services at the COEH Irvine Occupational and Environmental Medicine Clinic.
• Participate in the training of residents in the UCI OEM Residency Program.
• Possibly hold a Voluntary HS Clinical Faculty Appointment.
