Job summary

Wood County Hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a Sonographer for Women’s Care, part-time (16 hours per week). Under general supervision, you will perform obstetric and gynecologic scans and minor procedures with ARDMS certification.

Preference for 3D/4D experience; must maintain confidentiality in a patient-centered culture. The role requires independence in a fast-paced environment, adherence to PPE and infection-control practices, and a strong team orientation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved school of diagnostic ultrasound or equivalent experience accepted by ARDMS.
• ARDMS certification required or obtained within 18 months of hire.
• Experience in OB/GYN ultrasound preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound scans and related minor procedures.
• Obtain complete clinical history and correlate with findings.
• Explain procedures to patients, maintain sterile technique, and ensure patient comfort.
