Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group partners with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center to deliver OB/GYN hospitalist services in the Dallas area. This Rockwall, TX opportunity involves collaborating with in-house neonatologists and NNPs in a Level III NICU, with anesthesiology services available 24/7 and a 5.5 shifts per month schedule.

Qualifications

• BC/BE OB/GYN board certification or eligibility
• Experience in obstetrics appropriate for hospitalist setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• OB triage, admissions and attending deliveries
• Inpatient care, seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage
• Covering the OB floor and ER consults for GYN emergencies
• Surgical assists at cesarean sections
• Fetal monitoring and emergency response in labor and delivery
