Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a part-time QMA Nursing Scheduler Coordinator for Waters Edge Village in Muncie, IN. The role focuses on assuring appropriate staffing levels while supporting residents and staff with a caring presence.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Nursing Director to align schedules with budgetary and regulatory requirements, while promoting teamwork and clear communication to ensure high-quality geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules that ensure provision of quality nursing care.
