Qualificações

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least one year of continuous clinical bedside nursing experience in Obstetric & Mother–Baby Nursing within the last 5 years as an RN providing direct patient care, OR at least one year of RN-level clinical teaching experience within the last 5 years.
• Current, unencumbered CA Registered Nursing license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sessions at clinical placement sites.
• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on assessments.
• Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment.
• Complete required tasks on deadlines (e.g., final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, grade appeals).
• Maintain professional training or scholarly activities when applicable.
• Provide feedback to course lead regarding course content.
• Identify at‑risk students and collaborate with student services.
• Some indirect patient care in skills and simulation labs.
