Qualifikationen

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a major in nursing for ASN courses.
• Master’s Degree with a major in nursing for BSN courses.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience immediately prior to appointment.

• Supervise nursing students in clinical and laboratory settings under nurse faculty direction.
• Guide, teach and evaluate student performance in clinical areas; assign patients and orient to participating agencies.
• Assign and grade clinical paperwork; conduct mid-rotation and end-of-rotation conferences.
• Evaluate students on an ongoing basis using structured forms and anecdotal notes.
• Maintain confidentiality of records in compliance with FERPA and HIPAA; uphold college policies.
