Job summary

Chamberlain College of Nursing seeks Part-Time Clinical Instructors to teach Bachelor of Science in Nursing students at our Las Vegas, NV campus. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop nurse educator experience within the nation’s largest nursing school.

Clinical teaching is scheduled for one 12-hour shift per session, with 8-week blocks at a partner site. Must hold an MSN and NV RN license, with at least two years of RN practice in the last five years.

Qualifications

• MSN required.
• 2 years experience as RN within last five years.
• Nevada RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Implements clinical teaching and supervision of nursing students.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation.
• Maintains current knowledge of agency/clinical policies and procedures.
• Develops written clinical assignments aligned with learning needs.
• Delivers feedback and remediation as needed.
• Supports course objectives and program outcomes.
