Job summary

Regina Caeli Academy seeks a part-time Caregiver for Nursery/PK2 in Austin, TX (up to 14 hours/week) for the 2026-2027 academic year. Training will be provided; no teaching certificate required.

The role supports a Catholic classical environment and may suit those with homeschooling or parish ministry experience. Applicants must sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church, complete RCA Safe Child training and background check.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and organization are essential.
• Timeliness and reliability are important in a classroom support role.
• Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day and able to sign an Oath of Fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursery/PK2 caregivers in a Catholic classroom setting.
• Assist with activities and routine care for young children.
• Contribute to a秩l classroom management and safe environment.
• Support Montessori-like or classical instruction under RCA guidelines.
