Job summary

Regina Caeli Academy in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Caregiver for our Nursery/PK2 in a classical Catholic space for up to 14 hours per week during the 2026-2027 academic year.

No teaching certification is required; training is provided. Ideal candidates may have experience homeschooling, parish ministry, or teaching Catholic education. Hours are Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, with a background check and RCA Safe Child training.

Qualifications

• No teaching certification required; we will train you.
• Experience homeschooling or working with homeschool children, ministry in a Catholic parish, or teaching Catechism is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to live the Catholic faith day-to-day and participate in RCA standards.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in Nursery/PK2 in a classical Catholic space.
• Assist with daily routines and classroom management under RCA guidance.
• Support a faith-based learning environment and adhere to RCA standards.
• Complete background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching.
