Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner for our Huntsville Health Center in Alabama. You will provide care to client employees and dependents with a Wednesday, 10-hour shift, including in-person and telehealth visits.

Responsibilities include wellness visits, women's health, vaccines, acute care, and light occupational health tasks; work with a collaborative team using Epic EMR; and educate patients while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• RN and NP licenses required.
• DEA license required; prescriptive authority.
• At least three years of NP experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
